Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Training

1.1 All courses offered by Vtrios Online Training FZC are conducted fully online via virtual platforms.

1.2 No physical, in-person, or classroom-based training is provided unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Course Enrolment

2.1 Enrolment shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee (full or partial, where permitted).

2.2 Vtrios reserves the right to accept or reject any enrolment at its sole discretion.

3. Fee Payment

3.1 All course fees shall be paid exclusively through online payment methods approved by Vtrios.

3.2 Any payment gateway fees, transaction charges, bank charges, or currency conversion charges (if applicable) shall be borne solely by the student.

3.3 Vtrios shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways, banking systems, or internet connectivity issues.

4. No Refund Policy

Important: All fees are non-refundable

4.1 All fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.2 No refund shall be issued for cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance, partial participation, dissatisfaction, technical issues on the Student's end, or inability to continue the course for any reason whatsoever.

4.3 Fees paid are non-transferable to another course, service, or individual and cannot be converted into cash or refunded.

5. Instalments & Partial Payments

5.1 Vtrios may, at its sole discretion, allow payment of course fees in partial payments or instalments.

5.2 All instalments must be paid no later than one (1) week prior to the start of the next scheduled session or module.

5.3 Failure to complete an instalment payment within the stipulated timeline may result in:

Temporary suspension of course access; or
Permanent termination of enrolment without refund.

5.4 Access to course materials, sessions, recordings, or software support may be restricted until full payment is received.

5.5 Batch Transfer Policy (Same Course)

5.5.1 At the sole discretion of Vtrios Online Training FZC, a Student may be permitted to transfer the fee paid to another batch of the same course only.

5.5.2 Batch transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to the availability of seats in the requested batch.

5.5.3 Batch transfer shall be permitted only once per enrolment, unless otherwise approved in writing by Vtrios.

5.5.4 No transfer shall be allowed to a different course, different student, or any third party.

5.5.5 Batch transfer shall not be treated as a refund, and no monetary refund or credit shall be issued under any circumstances.

5.5.6 Vtrios reserves the right to deny batch transfer requests based on operational, scheduling, or academic considerations.

6. Course Access & Usage

6.1 Course access, including live online sessions, recordings, and learning materials (if provided), is granted solely to the registered Student.

6.2 Sharing, copying, recording, redistribution, resale, or unauthorised use of course content or access credentials is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Vtrios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in the event of misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Autodesk Revit Software License (Student Version)

7.1 Vtrios Online Training FZC may, upon request, facilitate access to an Autodesk Revit Student Version license for Students who require the software for course participation.

7.2 Provision of the Autodesk Revit Student Version license is not automatic and is dependent on the Student meeting Autodesk's verification and eligibility requirements.

7.3 The Autodesk Revit Student Version license provided is strictly for educational and training purposes only.

7.4 Commercial, professional, consultancy, freelance, or revenue-generating use of the software is strictly prohibited under the Student Version license.

7.5 The license is personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared, sublicensed, or used by any other individual or organisation.

7.6 The Student shall not use the Student Version license for live projects, billable work, client deliverables, or any form of commercial output.

7.7 Any misuse, unauthorised sharing, or violation of Autodesk licensing terms may result in:

Immediate termination of course access without refund; and
The Student bears sole responsibility for any legal, regulatory, or financial consequences arising from such misuse.

7.8 Vtrios Online Training FZC shall not be held liable for any actions taken by Autodesk, including license suspension, revocation, or enforcement, resulting from misuse by the student.

8. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Make-Up Sessions

8.1 Vtrios reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any online session due to operational, technical, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 If any scheduled class is cancelled by Vtrios, the same shall be conducted in the subsequent session as a make-up class.

8.3 In such cases, the overall course end date shall be extended by one (1) additional class/session, corresponding to the cancelled class.

8.4 The rescheduling of sessions or extension of course duration shall not entitle the student to any refund, partial refund, or compensation.

8.5 Failure by the Student to attend a rescheduled or make-up session shall not be considered a cancellation by Vtrios and shall not be eligible for any refund or replacement session.

9. Taxes

9.1 All applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates or other applicable jurisdictions.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

10.1 Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal initiated without valid justification may result in immediate suspension of course access.

10.2 Vtrios reserves the right to recover any costs, penalties, or losses incurred due to such disputes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Vtrios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from online training delivery, software usage, technical interruptions, or payment processing.

11.2 Vtrios does not guarantee employment, certification approval, licensing success, or specific career outcomes.

12. Termination

12.1 Vtrios reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment without refund in the event of:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of software or licenses
Non-payment of instalments
Misconduct or unethical behaviour

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.

14. Acceptance of Terms

14.1 By proceeding with online payment and enrolment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

15. Data Privacy & Protection

15.1 The Student consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by Vtrios Online Training FZC for course administration, communication, payment processing, certification, and legal compliance.

15.2 Personal data may include name, contact details, email address, payment information, academic details, and course participation records.

15.3 Vtrios shall implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.

15.4 Personal data may be processed by third-party platforms and service providers solely for course-related purposes.

15.5 Vtrios shall not sell personal data or disclose it for marketing purposes without consent, except as required by law.

15.6 The Student is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the provided information and the confidentiality of login credentials.

16. Class Recording & Recording Consent

16.1 Online classes and training sessions may be recorded for training continuity, quality assurance, and access to enrolled students.

16.2 By enrolling, the Student explicitly consents to the recording of audio, video, screen sharing, chat messages, and participation.

16.3 All recordings remain the intellectual property of Vtrios Online Training FZC.

16.4 The Student shall not record, reproduce, download, share, or distribute any session without prior written consent from Vtrios.

16.5 Vtrios shall not be liable for unauthorised recordings made by other participants.

16.6 Objection to recording shall not entitle the Student to any refund or exemption from course participation.

17. System & Technical Requirements

17.1 The Student acknowledges that participation in BIM courses requires access to a laptop or desktop computer capable of running Autodesk Revit software smoothly.

17.2 The Student is solely responsible for ensuring that their system meets Autodesk's minimum and recommended hardware and software requirements, including operating system, processor, RAM, graphics capability, storage, and internet connectivity.

17.3 Vtrios shall not be responsible for any inability to attend classes, complete exercises, or access course content due to inadequate hardware, software incompatibility, system performance issues, or internet limitations on the Student's side.

17.4 Failure to meet the required system specifications shall not be considered a valid reason for refund, rescheduling, or compensation.

Important Notice

By proceeding with course enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document, including the No Refund Policy, Instalment Payment Rules, System Requirements, Data Privacy & Recording Consent, and Autodesk Student License restrictions.
