Yes, Vtrios may allow payment in instalments at its sole discretion. All instalments must be paid no later than one (1) week prior to the start of the next scheduled session. Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of enrolment without refund. Access to course materials may be restricted until full payment is received.
Any payment gateway fees, transaction charges, bank charges, or currency conversion charges are borne solely by the student. Vtrios is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways, banking systems, or internet connectivity issues. All course fees must be paid through online payment methods approved by Vtrios.
You must have a laptop or desktop computer capable of running Autodesk Revit smoothly. You are solely responsible for ensuring your system meets Autodesk's minimum hardware and software requirements including OS, processor, RAM, graphics, storage, and internet connectivity. Inadequate hardware is not a valid reason for refund or rescheduling.
We may facilitate access to Autodesk Revit Student Version for eligible students. This license is strictly for educational purposes only. Commercial use, professional work, client deliverables, or revenue-generating activities are strictly prohibited. The license is personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared. Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.
At our sole discretion, you may be permitted to transfer to another batch of the same course, subject to seat availability. Batch transfer requests must be made in writing and are permitted only once per enrolment. No transfer shall be allowed to a different course or different student. This is not a refund - no monetary refund or credit shall be issued.
No. Course access is granted solely to the registered student and is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing, copying, recording, redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use of course content or access credentials is strictly prohibited. Vtrios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without refund in the event of misuse or violation of these terms.
Vtrios reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any session due to operational, technical, or instructor availability. If a class is cancelled by Vtrios, it will be conducted as a make-up class in a subsequent session. The overall course end date will be extended by one additional session. Rescheduling does not entitle you to any refund or compensation. Failure to attend a rescheduled session is not eligible for refund.
Online classes may be recorded for training continuity and quality assurance. By enrolling, you consent to recording of audio, video, screen sharing, and chat messages. All recordings remain our intellectual property. You may not record, reproduce, download, share, or distribute any session without prior written consent. Objection to recording does not entitle you to any refund.
