1. Role Overview
The Senior BIM Modeler is responsible for the end-to-end development, coordination and quality of discipline-specific BIM models and project documentation across Architecture, Interior and Landscape projects. Working closely with BIM Leads, designers and multidisciplinary teams, the role combines advanced Revit production with technical problem-solving, model governance and guidance for junior team members to ensure accurate, coordinated and timely project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities
• Own the development and delivery of high-quality BIM models and drawing packages for Architecture, Interior or Landscape projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Translate design intent and project requirements into accurate, coordinated models, drawings, schedules, details and construction documentation.
• Manage model setup, worksharing, links, families, parameters, naming conventions and data integrity in line with project BIM standards.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural and building-services teams; identify clashes, constructability concerns and information gaps, and drive their resolution.
• Apply project BIM Execution Plans, client standards, LOD requirements, templates and common data environment procedures throughout delivery.
• Perform model audits, health checks and drawing reviews to confirm accuracy, completeness, coordination and readiness for issue.
• Plan and prioritise modelling activities to meet project milestones, proactively escalating technical risks and resource constraints.
• Represent the modelling team in coordination reviews and technical discussions with internal teams, consultants and client representatives.
• Review the work of junior modelers, provide day-to-day technical guidance and promote consistent modelling and documentation practices.
• Support continuous improvement through reusable content, standardised workflows, automation opportunities and project lessons learned.

3. Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM modelling and project-documentation experience, including ownership of complex deliverables through multiple project stages.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit capability, including model setup, work-sharing, family creation, parameters, linked-model management and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD 300–400, multidisciplinary coordination, model federation, clash detection and information-management workflows.
• Proven ability to audit models and drawing packages, resolve technical issues and maintain quality under demanding project programmes.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 is preferred.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, Revit add-ins or other automation tools is an advantage.
• Clear communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor junior colleagues and work effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experience delivering international projects and working to client-specific BIM standards is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
