At Vtrios, our BIM philosophy is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and intelligent delivery. We approach Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a strategic framework that connects design intent with construction reality—guided by global standards such as ISO 19650 and BS EN 17412-1 (Level of Information Need). ISO 19650 provides a structured framework for organizing and sharing digital construction data across teams, ensuring consistency and interoperability throughout the project lifecycle. BS EN 17412-1 defines the Level of Information Need (LOI), specifying what information is required at each stage. Our workflow ensures progressive model development from LOD 100 to LOD 300, maintaining data integrity. Our BIM approach relies on a Common Data Environment (CDE) compliant with ISO 19650 standards, serving as the digital backbone for centralized information management. By integrating BIM early in the design process, we empower multidisciplinary teams with data-rich, federated models.
